Historic Old Village
The original plan for this project was to demolish this 1927 school house for their well-renowned custom homes. It’s a good thing Mark and Craig Menuck of Curtis Building had an open mind when buying this property. After an outcry from the community, and with the City of Plymouth, their perseverance and help from the community, this unique building was listed on the National Park Services in 2016. The building has 22 unique units ranging from 610 to 1,290 square feet.
